Steps to your new stair

Obtain a Quote
Knowing the number of balusters on your stair, and having digital stair. Photos are a big help.

Product Selection
Typical jobs do not require any additional work. To select a baluster pattern using the interactive stair designer or you can work with one of our designers.

Preparation
While we try to limit the amount of dust produced there will be some. Covering furniture in the area of your stair would be recommended.

Tear Out
1 or 2 days to order material. Old balusters are twisted or cut out and removed from your stair. We usually begin work at 9:00 am on most day that is convenient for the customer (Monday – Friday) and jobs are usually completed in one day.

Installation
New balusters are cut to length and attached into existing baluster. Typical jobs do not require and additional work (some jobs do).

Clean Up
Stairs are vacuumed and cleaned. All old materials are hauled off and disposed of. We will remove all of the balusters and vacuum the stairs and remove any wood chips or debris.
